Back to university, at 38, I could and had to work
on how the organization contributes to the Company's performance. The Value-Chain optimization
from M.PORTER has been my key.

That's the reason why we need to inspire Collaborators,
as they will decide to do their job by themselves.
From Management to Leadership
- At the very beginning, I was controlling.
- After one week, I was encouraged to accompany.
- The crisis forced me to letting go, which allowed me to inspire the initiative. We then co-created. Everyone then
took on the role of an Actor
of Success, in order to help the Company win.
