How to optimize the cross-functionality in a vertical structure

My experience strengthened by my research, allowed me to understand for which reasons the maximization induced by a matrix organization, canot be durable.
Back to university, at 38, I could and had to work on how the organization contributes to the Company's performance. The Value-Chain optimization from M.PORTER  has been my key.
Compensation Phenomenon: "Too much" of something generates a lack of something else.

The "Optimal" optimization is only possible if One has acquired the consciousness of the enterprise in its environment.

Let's talk about Reason :

" To be rational is not cuting-off one's emotions.

This experience has been giving me the opportunity to feel how much joy can be found at work by inspiring Collaborators to make decisions on their own. From Joy emanates an amazing Power !

That's the reason why we need to inspire Collaborators, as they will decide to do their job by themselves.

From Management to Leadership

     - At the very beginning, I was controlling.
     - After one week, I was encouraged to accompany.
     - The crisis forced me to letting go, which allowed me to inspire the initiative. We then co-created. Everyone then
        took on the role of an Actor of Success, in order to help the Company win.
     Everyone was doing his best.

In his 17th verse, Lao TSEU  wrote :

" Under the guidance of the greatest leader

people hardly realize his existence.

"We did it by ourselves". "

After having taken this decision, to change my paradigm, the work had changed into something more lively, more agile, into something bigger.
The results were not long in coming, and our "Business Unit" was working in harmony, in complete autonomyEach one was doing his best. We regained confidence in Ourselves, and in the Others.
