Who is Stephane HAMM
Career
The first fifteen years of his career allowed him to acquire an awareness of sales performance, as well as of the perennial relationship which can be created between customers and suppliers, while preserving the interests of the company.
He worked with the company's cross-fonctional services in order to ensure the optimal customer satisfaction.
This way, he initiated a framework agreement with a national customer,
on a basis allowing a lasting reciprocity. His assertiveness was a strength.
As a result he became National Key Account Manager, and obtained a high level of sales results.
Thanks to the quality of his functional management
and his functional leadership, he has been promoted Head of the Key Account Department. He structured the Business Unit, limited the legal risks, while he realized organizational changes.
This goal achieved, he joined the Steering Committee, leading a region of 200 employees. He had to implement a matrix organization. During the crisis, his results showed a marked increase. This had been possible thanks to the double-focused-action-plan he had deployed: quality and consciousness.
Agility, through empowering management pays off!
His next challenge was to find a company to take over. He joined a SME
of ten people in order to associate himself. As this was not possible, he coached the owner
for one year.
Then he decided to launch his own business to accompany B to B companies, to develop their business performance and profit in a sustainable way.
In 2019, Stephane has published two books. He accepted to lead the collection "Strategy and Well-being in a company"
for his Editor "Editions Maïa".
In 2021, Stephane has published a cowritten book
advising of the dangers to avoid while accompanying a person. Giving someone fish
is the worst present
you could offer.
